At TWOOBS, we want your feet to be as happy as you are, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your sandals are in 'like-new' condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn TWOOBS back into their original box and secure them in a mailing satchel to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
